Dear Kindergarten Parent(s),
Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Mrs. Rodarte-González and will be your child(s) kindergarten teacher. I am excited about the opportunity to get to know you, and I’m looking forward to a happy and productive year. I will spend a great deal of time with your child in the upcoming school year. Because of this I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a few things about myself, both personally and professionally.
I was born and raised in sunny California. In the Summer I love to spend time with my family, especially my 3 year old son and 3 month old. Before coming to O.L.H.R, I worked at Campbell Hall Episcopal School. This is my eight year teaching at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary School and I couldn't be happier.
I look forward to an exciting year for my students, with the special assistance of my instructional aide.
As a parent, you are the most important person in your child’s life, and we need to work together for your child’s benefit. I need your support for the homework assignments, academic goals and classroom discipline plan I have set for the students. I will keep you informed about your child’s progress. With school and home working together, I know your child can have a successful year.
I look forward to meeting you personally at Back-to-School-Night!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Rodarte-González
